1. How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 7 business days across Australia. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum spend required. This is a limited time offer.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and has all tags attached. Contact us via our Contact page or email support@zenovafashion.com to start your return.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (for eligible customers).

7. Do you ship internationally?
