Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition and packaging

• With all tags still attached

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support through the Contact page. We will provide return instructions and support you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
